Tuesday, September 4, 2018 - Coravin fun - Ready to drink & New arrivals (Kennards, Waterloo): From Coravin. Cedar, sweet spice, biscuit, blackcurrant and a little plum. More of the same on the palate but more savoury and dense, drying, floury textured tannins close down the palate a bit though the flavours persist long. Lovely but still young. Time.
