Tuesday, December 10, 2019 - Short decant of around 30 to 45 minutes, nearly impenetrable dark colour, very slight bricking around the edges, delicious , big tannin structure so may go on for a long time, primary fruit with blackcurrant, some oak but not too much. Went really well with rib eye steak.
