Saturday, March 6, 2021 - Started out as strawberry colored juice in the glass but developed much darker color as the glass filled. Sublime nose of dark cherry, cigar leaf and cocoa. Subtle blend of same on the palate with a tiny hint of saline. Great balance all around and very drinkable now.
