Friday, April 23, 2021 - Dark purple in color, this exuded a beautiful aroma as soon as I pulled the cork. Aerated and decanted for 1 hour before serving. We did multiple small pours rather than pouring full glasses; no reason why-just felt like doing this. I was entranced with its feeling of savoriness. It filled the mouth with red fruits, earth, spices and cigar or pipe tobacco. Each sip was delicious.
