Thursday, April 27, 2023 - deep ruby color; blackberry stew with forest floor in the nose; is even more tasty than it was 10 years ago, the last time I tried it! Well-integrated tannins blend with cassis, blackberries, black raspberries, pomegranate in the palate. Classic cab fruitiness and nuttiness in the mid-palate. You must let it rest at least 30 minutes to allow the bouquet to open. Then you are well-rewarded for your patience!
