Saturday, January 27, 2024 - Last of 3 bottles. Decanted and paired with grilled steaks. Black in the glass. On nose, blackberry, black currants, plum, cedar and pipe tobacco. On palate, medium+ body, medium acidity, medium+ tannins (fine grained though) with a very long finish. Flavor profile on palate consistent with nose.

Has aged beautifully. 93+
