Needs time. - Two days later: Wonderful savoury nose with plenty of citrus notes and very minerally taste with good balance. Excellent now if you double decant it a few days in advance ... but better to wait a few years. - Six days after opening, the last half glass: nose has become curiously yeasty and beer-like while the taste is still perfectly wonderful.
