At first a bit shy, but opens gradually displaying hints of smoky minerality, grapefruit and spicy apples. Ever so slightly spritzy (but well within my tolerance), concentrated, structured and long. Fantastic quality from a top producer – and at roughly half the price of the more expensive GG’s this is definitely worth looking into.
