Sunday, August 23, 2015 - This has taken a few years to come into its own but after five years it has and very delicious it is too. Never exuberant or rich, this is much more about chalky minerality and a herbal quality than about sweet fruit, but the energy, tension and seamless balance are exemplary and for a Gutsriesling the quality is simply outstanding. Really lovely, drink now - 2020.
