Saturday, August 25, 2018 - Tasted double blind. Brief note. Pours a golden yellow in the glass. Honey coated petrol on the nose. Palate shows searing green apple, tart passionfruit, unripe peach and river rocks. Midpalate is like tropical fruit walking on a mineral and laser-acid tightrope. Super focused and long finish is honey coated minerals and a prominent guava note on the backend. Really lovely.
