The producer lists the following as suggested pairings: Fried Calamari, Thai dishes with lemongrass & ginger, Dover sole, Ceviche, Braised Tuna or Swordfish.

12/1/2011 7:18:00 PM - Perhaps ichhina's post is referring to comments/notes from within the tasting room? Either way, I would prefer this wine with lemongrass/ginger than a creamy pasta, so the website's suggested pairings resonate very well with me.
