Monday, February 20, 2023 - Somewhat in between the previous two bottles in terms of evolution. Not as crisp and bright as the last bottle, showing it's age a little more, especially on the nose. Still lots of acidity, very mineral, intense and powerful. Super-long finish. 92-94
