93 Points

Saturday, April 14, 2007 - Pale, plentiful bead. Strong autolytic scent; flowers, grass, citrus, pears. This is overtaken by a clear note of raspberries. The succulent red fruit carries onto the palate, with strawberries, peach, apple, pear and nuts. Very full, but balanced. Many more fruits come to mind, the whole wrapped in broad, succulent acidity. Almost no bitterness on the finish. An absolutely marvellous champagne, much better than last time I had it. Totally young, but vibrant and assured. Far too easy to drink!
