Monday, September 25, 2023 - This 2010 is in a great spot but has further potential for aging if stored properly. The nose offered black cherries, tobacco, cedar & some spices. The palate echoed the nose with moderate tannins, a subtle juicy quality with medium acidity in a full body. This was a pure joy to drink over the course of 3 plus hours. This can age a bit longer if you prefer more secondary characteristics. Otherwise, it's great right now.
