Thursday, April 6, 2023 - Color of burnt butter and dark brown leather. A tiny bit oxidized with orange peel reduction, cinnamon powder, dried dates and road tar. Slightly higher than expected in acid level (similar to Oloroso) and a 30 - 45 second finish.
$48 for a 1.5 once pour at Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa, FL., and it was worth every penny.
