Sunday, October 13, 2013 - Ripe, rich, fruity and balanced. Classic Napa Cab. Red and dark fruits with some earth and spice. Medium to full bodied with a full, rich texture and plenty of structure. This was a great steak wine. Fruity, but also with enough acidity and tannin to cut thru the steak fat.
