Sunday, May 1, 2011 - This is an old bottle I've had around for years. Decided to serve it up with a German-themed dinner of pork chops, red cabbage, and boiled potatos with parsley. Once past the moldy cork top the bottle was clean, and the wine showed a brilliant golden yellow color with a fragrence of fresh cut hay. Meduim bodied with layers of lemony honeyed apple with a little citric zing at the end. Did I mention honey? Fun to try, but nothing special. Glad I only had one bottle.
