Sunday, April 21, 2024 - Balance of Coravin bottle from a week ago. Same impression as last time with the same conclusion that this is ready to drink! I can now spot some merlot blood, meat, and flowers. Kinda more St. Emilion styled than a Pomerol...This is delicious.
