Sunday, December 13, 2015 - Sophisticated wine. Pale straw with a hint of gold. Fresh bouquet with a hint of bread-like sophistication. Fruity of apples, pears and moderate acidity. No hint of any off flavor or harshness. Beautiful wine of seriousness.
