Saturday, June 11, 2016 - Light pale gold, great effervescence, long finish. This champagne needs about 20 min and a little warmer than "refrigerator temp" to show well. Lots of marzipan, lemon, white flower. If it had a little more toast it would go from good to outstanding. Really nice champagne at my sweet spot in price, better than the 05 dom p I had a week ago and about 30% of the price.
