Friday, November 27, 2020 - Pale gold color - fine mousse with fairly rapid dissipation
Medium aromas of yellow apple/ bread and slight oxidative notes
Medium plus palate of rich golden apples and brioche
Medium plus acidity and really nice length
Nothing to write home about here but well made
