Monday, May 31, 2021 - After opening a corked 2000 Lafon Rocket, this was my back up for Memorial Day with ribs (which my partner burnt). Just slight bricking on my bottle compared to what others wrote. Nose of leather and dried cherries. Which follows on the palate with more dried fruit (I got cranberries?!?). Slightly acetic but not that far gone at all. Obviously a bit over the hill slightly but still drinking OK.
