Saturday, July 11, 2015 - Coravined. Light yellow in color. After 30 mins of warming up in the glass expressive aromas of ripe lemon curd, orchard fruits and spiced green apples with honey waft to the nose. The palate shows more sweet than sour creamy lemon meringue pie notes, with spicy honey and touch of minerals. This is not much Chablis like in character- there no tension of acid, salinity and sea-shells on the palate. But, it is delicious and spherical in the mouth.
