Sunday, November 27, 2022 - The wine aroma elicits notes of blueberry, cola and a faint smokiness. The wine has plenty of acidity and medium tannins. I would say the palate gets a short burst of the blueberry, almost reduced to a jam, with strong minerality, some dried rose petals and some chalkiness. A meaty wine that delivers exciting mouthfeel and should be savored.
