  Drank from mag. Perfect sweet spot of aging - fresh but lots of secondary / tertiary notes.

  PnP; ruby with slight room; cola notes on nose, some floral notes with time; medium bodied, smooth mid-palate, some red and dark berry, earthy notes, mushroom, rich savory lasting finish; excellent with burger

  From magnum. Exceptional showing. Still quite youthful and could easily go another 4 or 5 years.

  The wine aroma elicits notes of blueberry, cola and a faint smokiness. The wine has plenty of acidity and medium tannins. I would say the palate gets a short burst of the blueberry, almost reduced to a jam, with strong minerality, some dried rose petals and some chalkiness. A meaty wine that delivers exciting mouthfeel and should be savored.
