Saturday, February 24, 2018 - Toast with cherry, portobello mushroom, leather, rose pedal, and basil. Refined and elegant with near perfect balance. Long earthy like finish with hints of meat. Really showing its stuff. Decanted 2 hours. Drink now-2024.
