Saturday, May 29, 2021 - Decanted for one night in wine cellar. The wine evolved really well with spearment, eucalyptus, flower, purple fruit, a hint of honey, and really creamy. It’s a magic to allure you stepping closer and closer. On the palate, i found cedar, mulberry, blueberry, and cacao. Then, the mid-palate started to develop mint, black tea, and licorice. The lasting was amazingly one minute long. The sweetness increased the depth of wine, and the chewy tannin made the structure solid. I am glad that I chose this wine as my birthday treat. Even though the wine seems still too young, I have no regrets. It is just as good as I imagine.
