Thursday, March 1, 2018 - Cork soaked nearly to top. Cork very slightly protruding.
Red fruit (cherry), menthol, slight spice. Good acidity. Seems a little thin in mid palate. Possibly a bit too aged. Still enjoyable. Lingering finish.
