Monday, December 11, 2017 - Some funk. But blew off. Super spicy and brutal on the nose. Golden. Touch of frothy some sort of super burliness that it awesome touch of malt balls. The palate is big with spices and ginger with huge grip. Deep and golden. Bit of apple but mostly spicy ginger and minerals. Finish is brown spices golden. Lovely. Nose - 5.5/6, Palate - 5-5.5/6, Finish - 5.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1.5/2 = 17.5-18/20.
