Wednesday, June 20, 2012 - Burg Dinner, Mostly Meursault Charmes and Gevrey-Chambertin Grand Cru (Sepia - Chicago IL): Open a couple of hours, not decanted. Mostly red fruit aromas with an assertive earthy element. More ripe fruit on palate with modest spice. Good balance. At its peak today.
