Thursday, December 28, 2023 - Showing some sign of ageing some browning, great secondary flavours and aromas. Cola, earthy, ripe dark fruits, spicy, very little tannin. I think this is starting to pass its prime and it shouldn't be left much longer, some of its fruit seems to be slipping. Cheers
