Thursday, February 23, 2012 - Light in color, falling somewhere between a light-bodied Pinot Noir and a rose. Nose of raspberries with underlying earthiness. Much fuller on the palate than the color would suggest, but not heavy. Raspberry flavors predominate. It has a nice acidity that gives it a crisp, fresh feel. Perfect to pair with fresh baguette and cheese (which is what I did).
