Friday, September 20, 2013 - Pop & pour. And really nice right out of the gate. Light ruby tone. Notes of black cherry, raspberry, leather, smoke, and a righteous acidity present. Some funk on the nose, especially at the start. Consumed over two hours. Was so impressed that I texted Smig while I was drinking it to let him know how much I was enjoying it.
