Tuesday, December 3, 2013 - Light ruby, raspberry, cedar nose. Dry, light round fruits, ripe plums, tobacco with a little mineral. It's been open on the counter several days. Very light acid and tannins initially, developing more with time in the glass. Some candied cherries with a little menthol funk showing up for the party. A couple more days later it is nicely balanced, a little leather, very good. Don't rush it. The only down side is that I do not have a case. Let's have a Berserker deal for us cheapskates!
