Sunday, July 24, 2022 - Quite light in color, almost reminiscent of a Pinot Noir.
The nose is earthy, brambly, celery seed, super nice funk, a little bit of a lifted/VA note, subtle, not overdone.
Palate is deep, sour cherry, raspberry, savory, mineral, with nice acidity. Deeply sweet and sour, light but well balanced.
Very enjoyable!
