Likes this wine:

Sunday, January 25, 2015 - The cork is in so-so shape, which might contribute to the petroleum notes rising out of the glass. Lime, crushed stone (slate?), maybe a tad melon and pineapple linger together with the slightest herbal/floral feeling in the background. Mouthwise there is not much of the petroleum, instead a very re-assuring taste of fresh pineapple marinated in lime and then crushed to oblivion by stone. The fruit has sweet qualities, but it ends more or less dry thanks to serious minerals and a lovely acidity. This is a beauty that will develop. I like the current stage though, and don't think you need to wait any longer if you like your Riesling perky.
