Tuesday, July 5, 2011 - 100% Cab Franc. S/S Fermented. Strawberry soda red with raspberry, cherry, and slight floral notes. On the palate medium bodied, balanced, with nice complexity. fruity, but dry on the back palate with ripe cherry, raspberry, citrus, and a touch of spice. Medium-long finish. Expensive for a rosé, but excellent!
