Sunday, January 3, 2016 - Opened to breathe for 1h. Lots of earthy and woodsy aromas, coupled with berry fruit. A dirty Bdx for sure but lots of fruit and cedar. Tannins completely integrated. Well within its drinking window; I will try to hold off for a year before I open my last bottle. Tonight with grilled Alaskan salmon.
