Thursday, June 6, 2013 - Spanish Dinner with Exopto and Callejo Winemakers (Sydney, Australia): Graphite and earth, some some briar and perfumed florals. Nicely rich palate, with good depth and body. Savoury notes and classy fruit are really well balanced. Even though there is some bold red fruit that helps it to be drinking well now, there is potential over the medium term to improve.
