Friday, January 19, 2018 - Similar showing to the last bottle, but a touch more advanced. Explosive aromatics of steely, chalky minerality, ripe fruit, sweet spices, marzipan, nutty notes, ripe pear and earthy notes too. It's medium-full bodied, dense but in a weightless style. It has small creamy mousse, beautiful tension of high acidity and minerality, with excellent length. Another superb showing.
