Sunday, September 27, 2020 - Nose of licorice and leather bound book cover. Mouth savory almost European style - dry, salted plums and gravy. Finish medium length but forgettable. Still excellent on the second day. Barely any sediment so I would say this was overly fined and consequently a bit light on tertiary characteristics.
