Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - Among more mature wines this stood out already for its violet intense colour as being the youngest and was easily identifiable single blind. There was great torque and salinity on the lush and rounded exuberant cherry fruit but it is of course a primary wine today and hence showed fairly monolithic in more mature company. To be revisited in 5-10 years...
