Monday, September 1, 2014 - A delightful bottle! Mine disgorged July 2013. Apple and apple pastry (baked pastry with brown spices) were the predominant palatal elements. Floral elements noted by all three tasters were light and ephemeral, notably on the finish. One found the finish short, but another found the finish very mineral in nature, very much like tonic water. A fine acidity aided the wine, very clean and etched. Medium weight but heavy extract and intensity. This bottle was chilled for 2 hours only. That was plenty, more would only numb this wine. The bottle was unique and delicious and worth the tariff.
