Sunday, March 10, 2013 - Light golden color. Nose peppery. Initial tastes were a combination of tomato paste, pepper, and an oaky chardonnay. As time went on, it evolved into a Gwertztraminer-like taste but with some air/bubbly flavors like a wine flavored seltzer water. The peppery tastes lingered. Sweet in a muscadet-like way. Touch buttery and smooth. Actually held its' own against spicy chili and spicey Indian vegetable dishes but I wouldn't have pushed it more than that.
