Friday, July 5, 2013 - Full straw yellow. Some mineral bite on the nose, iodine and a touch of oyster shell. Good weight, proper GC texture in the mouth with density on the attack through to mid-palate. Minerality, proper Chablis, maybe just a touch of zip lacking on the finish which lacks a tiny bit of persistence to be truly top flight.
