Monday, September 3, 2007 - Enjoyed at Jean-Georges in NYC with The Godfather and RT. Incredibly captivating and complex wine. Decanted for about 30 minutes. Bone dry with excellent minerality, acidity and balance. Light fruit, chalk, and metal in the mouth. Memorable finish that goes on and on. Superb now although this will continue to improve.
