Saturday, February 13, 2016 - Fiorano and Great Bottles Dinner (Tim and Elliott's Place, San Francisco): Life golden color; nose is aromatic with lots of petrol, slight lime and minerals; palate is light bodied, medium-plus acid, lime schist soil, dry, clean; long finish. The pinnacle of dry Alsatian riesling, and it's very enjoyable but I wouldn't pay the going price for it. 93-94
