Saturday, December 2, 2017 - I guessed Clos St. Hune here, but went for '95 (Simon, having a taste at the other table, went for 2007); it is quite developed, hints of petrol, extremely dry, firm, classic, very much on the minerals. A wine for food, certainly, and a wine to enjoy slowly and concentrated. Will keep, but ready, I think.
