Tuesday, May 8, 2018 - Medium yellow. I'll be brief-an exquisitely discrete, elegant, complex Clos Ste. Hune that is still quite young. Herbs, tea, lemon, and tremendous minerality all rolled up into a seamless package. Less dense and dances more than the outstanding Frederic Emile from this vintage.
