Saturday, March 30, 2019 - My first of four. Slow-oxed for six hours then nursed all evening. I found this young and in need of a few more years, even though it benefited immensely from air and definitely needs a long decant today. Petrol on the nose and palate. Some stone fruit and citrus perfume as well. Strong acidity that threatens to overwhelm the fruit. Dry and structured.
